Anyone who's installed a Phantom bucket changer pierce knows it can be tedious. Even moreso on a deeper part, like a dropout changer... or Phrame. 
This tool comes out of that experience. By securely locating on the inner diameter of the pierce to stay aligned then nesting in the driver slots, this allows you to easily install a new pierce pin with light finger pressure and minimal frustration. It also has a 1/4" hex on the back for standard screwdriver extensions. (I'm going to recommend NOT using your impact driver on this install. Zero ugga duggas allowed.)
